Well happy, new and year
Sat together and did cheer
For they were thrown together by chance
By languages a plenty
Over many a century
Happy smiled as 'twas supposed to
New
Reflected and admired the moment
Although being new can make others lament
But year was long faced
As was the creators want that it be laced
With longevity...
So as one at their annual meeting they cheered loud and heartily
As with temerity they lambasted with raucous noise
And poise
Those who scorned their creation in times of fear
Instead they say let us bring you near....
And...embrace our positives with all your heart
Because with us something original will always...start
