OUTSIDE OR INSIDE?

Poetry comes from outside

Or inside?

Well, both I suppose

Because your nose

Smells the outside world

Your eyes let the story unfold

To your brain

Your ears act like rain

And pour the sounds of life

Right

Onto your heart

Which will always start

Any creative creation

Because without that

You can not touch another's, With your work, fact

Or make them taste

Your hunger

To share your discovery to older and younger

Believers in expression

So without looking outside

You can never share what is inside

Well that is what I think

And use this approach as my creative ink

Analysing how I write in answer to people who ask me to explain the process I use. Therefore whilst I felt very low, and expectedly tired I utilised the positives to dismiss the negatives and create a poem of explanation.
