Beach, oh beach how I love thee, you.give a sense of longing, it makes me thirsty for more feelings of being, so much I am aching, but not a painful ache, an adorable one full of fulfillment, nothing plastic, nothing unreal, just a sign of my true happiness at being with you because nothing can paper over my enthusiasm as their is no rubbish inky thoughts and sense of feeling, just purity like the blue and green shades of the sea as the sun glistens upon it. I do not want to walk away, I want to stay and savour your beauty which is overflowing my senses with natural awe, making me tall as the tree overhanging the promenade, watered by yesterday's rain, giving it a loud presence with its tea coloured bark, gently textured like a latte, full of richness and a refreshing feeling of relaxation.

A story/prose I did at The Tea Tray Creatives on 27 August 2019.
